This Verification Policy explains how verification and badges may appear on Kasuwa 365, what they mean, and what they do not mean. Read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Questions: support@kasuwa365.com.
1. Introduction
Kasuwa Digital Limited ("Kasuwa", "we") may offer verification steps or badges for certain accounts or listings to help users make informed decisions. Verification is informational and does not replace your own judgment or due diligence.
2. Purpose of Verification
Verification may confirm selected facts (such as contact details, business registration where provided, or identity checks through our partners) at a point in time. Badges are designed to signal that certain checks were completed — not that Kasuwa endorses every statement in a listing.
3. What Verification Is Not
- Verification is not a guarantee of quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose.
- It is not insurance, escrow, or a promise of transaction outcome.
- It does not mean Kasuwa has audited financial statements, inspected every property or vehicle, or validated every claim in a listing.
4. Types of Checks & Badges
We may offer different labels over time (e.g. email or phone confirmation, business documentation, identity verification via a third-party provider). The exact meaning of each badge is described in-product at the time it is shown. We may update verification methods as technology and risk practices evolve.
5. Eligibility & Accuracy
You must provide accurate information during verification. Misrepresentation may result in removal of badges, suspension, or termination under our Terms of Service.
6. Review & Renewal
Some checks may expire or require renewal. We may re-verify or remove badges if information is outdated, disputed, or if risk signals suggest a problem.
7. Revocation & Appeals
We may revoke verification where we detect fraud, policy breaches, or legal risk. Where we offer an appeal path, we will describe it in-product or in response to your support request.
8. Disputes Between Users
Disputes between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, or clients and contractors are primarily between those parties. Verification does not change liability between users; see our Terms of Service regarding the Platform's role.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Verification Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date on the legal page reflects the latest revision.
