This Prohibited Items Policy describes categories of listings, services, and conduct that are not allowed on Kasuwa 365. It works alongside our Terms of Service. Report concerns to support@kasuwa365.com.
1. Introduction
Kasuwa Digital Limited ("Kasuwa", "we") operates Kasuwa 365 as a platform for lawful commerce. Users must not list, offer, or promote prohibited items or services. We may remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with authorities where appropriate.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all surfaces: Marketplace, Services & Contractors, Real Estate, and Vehicle Rentals — including listings, messages, profiles, and media.
3. Marketplace — Prohibited Goods
Without limitation, you must not list or sell: illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia; weapons, ammunition, or explosives (except where expressly lawful and permitted by us in writing); stolen goods; counterfeit or pirated items; human remains or body parts; hazardous materials that cannot lawfully be shipped or possessed; items that infringe intellectual property; products subject to unlawful trade sanctions; or any good whose sale is prohibited under Nigerian law.
4. Services & Contractors — Prohibited Services
You must not offer services that are illegal, fraudulent, or harmful — including unlicensed professional services where a licence is legally required, hacking or fraud-for-hire, escort or sexual services, or services primarily aimed at evading law enforcement. Providers must comply with applicable licensing and tax obligations.
5. Real Estate — Prohibited Listings
Listings must not promote illegal occupancy, fraudulent title, or properties offered in breach of tenancy or land-use law. Misleading photos, fake addresses, or bait-and-switch pricing are prohibited. Agents must comply with applicable agency and marketing rules.
6. Vehicle Rentals — Prohibited Listings
You must not list vehicles that are stolen, unroadworthy in a manner that endangers safety where the law requires roadworthiness, or without authority to rent. False insurance or registration information is prohibited.
7. General Prohibited Content & Conduct
Across all categories, the following are prohibited: hate speech, harassment, or discrimination prohibited by law; child sexual abuse material; non-consensual intimate imagery; malware or phishing; spam or pyramid schemes; impersonation; and any content that incites violence or illegal activity.
8. Enforcement
We may remove listings, hide content, limit distribution, suspend or terminate accounts, and retain records as required for safety and legal compliance. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension.
9. Reporting
If you see a prohibited listing or behaviour, report it through in-product tools where available or email support@kasuwa365.com with links and details. We cannot guarantee outcomes but we review reports in line with our processes.
